I am often asked: 'Will I get a USB stick with all my digital files?'
You will also receive a digital version of all your favorites that you order. We think it is important that you choose which photos have the most value for you. We deliver custom work and pay a lot of attention to all our shoots. The same applies to all prints that you order: we make an effort to deliver the most beautiful products to you.
And no, that means that you do not receive all digital ones. In a time when we take pictures with our mobile phones every now and then, we also know that we attach little value to those many snapshots. Every now and then they come along in an overview that 'Big Brother' Apple or Samsung puts together for you, but that is about it.
My rate is directly related to the value delivered. And nothing else. Not what other photographers charge for their services, and not what you can afford.

Have you ever tried to take beautiful pictures yourself? Of yourself, or of someone else? You often find that it does not give the desired result. You may think that with a good outfit and a layer of foundation (after a good night's sleep, that too) you can look really nice in the picture. But try to TAKE that picture. Disappointing, right?
The next step is often that people choose a photographer who still charges a bit nice prices. A hobby photographer who has just started and delivers all the digitals for a few hundred euros. That is someone you are actually paying tuition to eventually become a good photographer (if they don't give up prematurely, because there are 'so many photographers already'...). They don't have all the equipment and knowledge to deliver perfect results. They know that themselves (they won't tell you) and during the shoot they are busy with the settings of their light and camera. That you don't feel seen because of this and that you feel a bit lost in cramped poses; that escapes them. The photographer takes 1793 photos and in the best case scenario there are a few nice lucky shots among them. Due to a lack of experience in directing people and light and poses, they put a lot of energy into your shoot, go home exhausted, edit themselves silly on all those 1793 photos to be able to deliver anything. The result: you receive a USB stick full of photos, two of which you might actually like.
Then you come to the category of professionals who know what they are doing. With us. Honestly: people are sometimes shocked by our rates. It is the rate you pay if you value a good photoshoot experience. Where attention is paid to who you are and what you want to radiate. How you stand in life and in what way you are best portrayed. With variation in poses, light and facial expressions. Without effort. You did not know that you could move so easily in front of a camera. The discomfort disappears and 'having your picture taken' is not as loaded as you always made it... And the result is that you actually want to hang yourself large on the wall, or see yourself immortalized in a beautiful coffee table book. These photos deserve the light of day, and help you every day to see that you are a beautiful person.
